"William Kool" at Signature turned a bad situation into a good one, After arriving and finding out that Hotels.Com had canceled my room and kept my money with no refund he called and got my room back with some swift and Kool talking. He handled the situation very professional. Great Job!!

Flew in, to go through the FRZ vetting process with 3 other pilots. Received excellent service. "Follow me" van met me at the ramp and directed me to a parking spot. Golf cart ride to and from FBO. Check-in took 2 minutes. Free coffee, popcorn, fruit, and candy. Free crew car for ride to the FAA FSDO. Checkout took 2 minutes. $31 landing fee goes to BWI. $28 handling fee waived with 7 gal purchase. $6.62 / gal about $2 more than everything else in the area so cost me an extra $14, but the service was clearly worth it.
