A wonderful surprise for a Class B FBO. We arrived in a single engine prop -- line immediately directed us to parking and helped with the pushback! FBO is brand new (at least appeared to be). Counter offered use of crew car, without my having to ask, to visit Air & Space Museum. We would happily return anytime. FYI it can be a VERY long taxi to the FBO depending on runway -- but ground was very helpful. Handling fee was waived with fuel purchase (a small landing and parking fee to airport cannot be waived).

I landed at Dulles in my Bonanza and was treated as if I was one of the heavy iron guys. The friendly line staff helped me put the cover on the plane, and gave us a ride to the office. The desk staff honored discounts I get from the Signature I'm based at, and found me a good rate on the rental car. A very positive experience - I'll be back.

Signature took great care of our little Archer and us. Made our first flight into IAD a real pleasure. Nice to see our 30-year-old plane parked for a couple days next to a G5...
