Two planes here in KIND as our first stop on trip to KSAF. Arrived minutes before major TSRA in the area, cleared customs and scooted over to Signature. Excellent service arranging hotels. Hangared the planes overnight (good thing). Next day departing, the hangar fee was reduced due to a mix-up on fueling, ramp fee waived purchasing fuel, and fuel discounted because it was the weekend. Had to return after departing due to mechanical problems with other plane. No problem, Steve and his crew continued to provide excellent service in rearranging hotel, providing crew car for seeing Indianapolis, getting us in contact with some AME's to look at plane. Overall EXCELLENT service and highly recommended.
Great facility. Nice/Helpful Staff. Flew in, in front of a bad weather system to use their conference room - bad storms developed, and they moved the plane inside for the evening. Got a room at the Radisson across the street whom also helped by providing free shuttle to/from the hotel. Great experience and will be back!
I landed with my family in a piston single. Winds were pretty high and I wish the line crew had marshaled us into a position facing the wind, but the plane was fine for the forty minutes we were there. The facility is clean, modern and comfortable. The vending machines were well stocked, bathrooms were well kept, and the counter staff wasn’t too bothered by the two little boys. It was certainly worth landing at a big airport to get this level of service and comfort, especially the pilot lounge and WiFi. We planned our next stop in a conference room that seemed worthy of a Fortune 500 company.
