Stopped in today for fuel while on my Instrument cross-country. Line and desk people all very friendly. Got a discount for stopping by and purchasing fuel on the weekend. Also bought sufficient fuel to get the handling fee waived (our little airplane doesn't hold much, so was pleasantly surprised at that). Next time I head out this way, I'll definitely stop by Signature. Only downside to the whole visit had nothing to do with Signature... The wait time to get clearance to takeoff is quite long due to the sheer amount of traffic that KMDW gets.
These people are genuine, on spot, and ready to serve. I recommend Signature (MDW) to anyone who intends to stop here.
