Yep, you pay fees. But what a friendly Class B airport otherwise. And Signature was the same excellent service that you come to expect. The rental car wasn't there, and despite the fact it was Avis' fault, not the FBO, they fell over themselves apologizing and fixing the issue. Definitely recommended.
Sure, the fees are expensive, but it is a Signature, and it is a Class B airport. Some of the best line staff I've encountered.
