Spoke to Laura over the phone, was trying to plan my trip out to Chicago from Memphis, was kind and courteous as well as helpful. There were suggestions that she made about renting a car over using the courtesy car were appreciating. $28 (handing charges) waived over 7 Gal of fuel, $16 landing fee and $16 per night parking fee over and above the $36 security fee, was twice over what I had to spend over at Midway. However for a small Cessna 172 I think it was alright. Will now look forward on how the service is once I land there on the 9th of July.

Signature was very friendly and helpful, and prompt in taking me to the airport hotel and picking me up on my return. Fuel is expensive but parking is extremely reasonable. The controllers at ORD are the professionals you would expect, and I had no untoward delays on arrival or departure, or for taxi. A great place to fly in a Mooney!
