Maria Sastre

President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and Chief Operating Officer for Signature’s global operations, Sastre is responsible for the daily operations of Signature’s worldwide network of fixed base operations (FBOs) and maintenance centers. She is based in Orlando.

Sastre joins Signature from the non-profit organization Take Stock in Children where she served as President and CEO. Prior to leading the non-profit, Sastre served with Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD where she held the positions of Vice President, International, Latin America, Caribbean and Asia and Vice President of Operations during her eight year tenure.

Her roles included strategic growth across emerging markets as well as managing all aspects of operations and the guest experience onboard Royal Caribbean’s fleet of vessels.

Previously, Sastre served as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Satisfaction for United Airlines where she led the newly created customer satisfaction division that was charged with refining the customer service experience. Her responsibilities during her tenure at United Airlines also included strategy development, airport operations, international call centers and financial management.

Connie Alden

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Alden provides strategic human resources leadership to Signature Flight Support. She oversees talent management, human capital initiatives, and operational management of Signature’s human resources organization. Prior to joining Signature, Alden served as Vice President Human Resources for Harcourt Education Group and Director of Human Resources for Brunswick Corporation’s Marine Manufacturing Division, Boston Whaler, Inc.

Alden holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is accredited with the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM (SCP) Certifications. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Employers Association Forum and is currently on the advisory board for Human Resources People and Strategy (HRPS).

Ben Weaver

Chief Financial Officer

Ben is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Signature Flight Support. Prior to his current role, he was the CFO for the BBA Aviation Flight Support division. Previous to that he was the Chief Financial Officer for ASIG and prior to joining ASIG he held the several roles inside Signature including, Vice President of Strategy and Development and Vice President of Operations Planning.

Before joining Signature, he held several key accounting and finance roles, including Vice President of Finance, at Flight Options, LLC, a leading fractional jet provider based in Cleveland, Ohio. Ben has been involved in aviation for the past 10 years.

Ben received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as his Master in Business Administration from John Carroll University.

Geoff Heck

Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

As Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Heck is responsible for sales and marketing activities for Signature's global network of over 200 locations. Heck joined Signature Flight Support in 1995, and has held numerous management positions within the Signature network. In 2006, he was promoted to Regional

Vice President Midwest where under his leadership, Signature St. Paul (STP) and Signature Minneapolis (MSP) along with a number of staff members, were consistently ranked at the top by both the Aviation International News and Professional Pilot magazine FBO polls. Heck is based in Minneapolis, MN.

Larry Jorash

Senior Vice President Operations

Larry is the Senior Vice President Operations for Signature Flight Support. Larry joined Signature in 1998 as the General Manager of the Bradley Int'l Airport FBO facility, and later progressing through the positions of Area General Manager and Regional Vice President, before most recently performing the role of Vice President of Operations Planning.

Prior to his tenure at Signature, Larry served as a General Manager at an independent FBO as well as a Turbine Aircraft Service Manager at Priester Aviation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and holds an FAA commercial pilot license with instrument and flight instructor certifications.

John Redcay

Senior Vice President Revenue Management

John serves Signature Flight Support in the capacity of Senior Vice President Revenue Management. He has an extensive background in pricing strategies and enterprise information systems, previously holding positions with TW Express and US Airways in which he adopted and applied advanced analytics and data management. Later, John held revenue management positions at Alamo Rent a Car, Priceline.com, Expedia, and Hotwire.

Most recently, John served as Vice President Pricing for the Hertz Corporation, supporting the integration and buildup of revenue management programs after the acquisition of Dollar Rent a Car and Thrifty Car Rental by Hertz.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Shawn Hall

Senior Vice President Strategy and Business Development

Shawn is the Senior Vice President Strategy and Business Development, facilitating key cross-business initiatives with Signature and related BBA Aviation companies, as well as driving strategic opportunities including joint ventures, alliances, and new market initiatives. Shawn's previous roles include 11 years of military service in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator and Tactics Instructor Pilot in the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet.

In his last appointment, Shawn held the position of Associate Partner with McKinsey & Co., where he consulted for the aviation and hospitality sectors.

Shawn holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in International Global Affairs from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
