Palm Springs, CA

Palm Springs, California

The desert city of Palm Springs is an ideal location for outdoor activities – from hiking up canyons to hitting the links. Situated within the Coachella Valley, it is located 110 miles (179 km) east of Los Angeles and 268 miles (433 km) west of Phoenix, Arizona. In the 1920s, the city became a trendy resort location. Attracted by dry, sunny weather and seclusion, Hollywood stars arrived in droves. With its irresistible combination of natural beauty and temperate climes, it comes as no surprise that Fortune Magazine ranked Palm Springs ‘one of America’s legendary holiday destinations’.
